- Information packages with details regarding the use of your property, rental policies, directions and area information will be sent to each client prior to arrival

Maintenance and Property Upkeep
- General lawn and grounds maintenance is provided when your property is rented (Extended grounds keeping services are available by special arrangement.)
- Mid-week and end of rental garbage pickup
- Vacation homes are inspected and cleaned to professional standards between rentals
- We are on-call 24/7 to deal with any situations that may arise
Costs
- 30% of total rental income, plus a $100 cleaning/grounds keeping/garbage removal fee per week booked
- Additional grounds keeping services beyond the basics will be charged at a rate of $25/hour (ie. gardening, watering, general labour)
